Full job description

We are a family-owned and operated dental office located in the heart of Metrotown in Burnaby. Conveniently located near Metrotown Skytrain station and bus-loop, our office is easily accessible to all. With state of the art technology and a tight-knit team, we feel strongly about providing our patients with the best care in a warm and comforting environment.

We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist to join our growing practice! Tasks include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, sending insurance authorizations, billing, and answering calls.

Our expectations are that applicants show a willingness to learn, display a friendly demeanour, and fit within our team-based environment.

Placement would include:

- Saturdays only
- $33-$36 per hour

Using computers to update electronic patient records
Managing insurance claims and billing
Using Cleardent Software
Greeting patients
Scheduling
Correspondence
Running errands
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
