Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Treatments: Deliver various types of massages, facial treatments, and wellness therapies.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of treatments performed on each guest.
- Communicate with Guests: Adjust massage techniques as needed based on guest feedback.
- Sanitize Work Areas: Ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized, and treatment rooms are clean and ready for use.
- Recommend Services: Explain treatments to guests and provide suitable recommendations.
- Promote Products: Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
职位工作内容：
- 提供专业的服务: 泰式按摩、油压按摩、泰式油压、足底按摩、脸部按摩
- 客户资料纪录：专业且详细的纪录每一位客户的需求及健康状况
- 客户沟通：根据客户所需，依据调整及提供所需之服务
- 维持环境整洁: 维持工作环境的整洁，确保每一位客户在使用前皆已消毒及清洁
- 介绍服务项目: 有条理地向客户解释我们所提供的服务，且能为客户选择最适合的服务
- 产品推销: 须向客户推荐我们的产品及服务
- 良好人际关系：与同事之间能有良好沟通及合作以提供一个完善且轻松的工作环境
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years in massage therapy or a related field (required).
- Proficiency in body massage, facials, and skincare.
- A great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Certification as a Massage Therapist or in a related field (preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
