Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with ICBC, insurance partners, suppliers, and our production team.
- Coordinate repairs to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Order parts and monitor repair progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of collision estimating experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICBC estimating procedures.
- Experience with Mitchell or Audatex estimating software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid BC Driver's Licence.
