Your role is to inspire and inform our community by sharing who we are, what we stand for, and how we are doing things differently in the clothing industry. Very often you are the first touch point for many customers and members of our community to the Ecologyst brand.
You are responsible for delivering product knowledge, connecting with (y)our community, upholding merchandising protocols, providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets, keeping inventory accurate and engaging in both thoughtful and helpful conversations. Your days will also include customer service, shipping & receiving, and inventory organization.
Our goal is to have our customers leave our spaces having learned something new from their experience and empowered to make choices in their lives because of it. They walk away with a piece from Ecologyst they will love for life. You go the extra mile to make someone’s day, and understand all the ins and outs of our product offering built to support an intentional way of living.

Educator
- Product Knowledge: You are proficient in all Ecologyst and aligned products, able to identify and share information from design to finished piece. You’re eager to engage with the product and explore new ways to add value to each item. You take initiative to learn about new arrivals and ask questions to close any product knowledge gaps. You gather real-time feedback from customers as they interact with products and share it appropriately with the team. You communicate the features and benefits of our assortment powerfully and authentically through storytelling and connection. You understand fit, functionality, and design, and are passionate about learning more about the process of making clothing. What you learn, you pass on to customers—whether it’s care instructions, our repairs program, or how to store and maintain products to extend their longevity.

- Email Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service via email, live chats, phone, and in-person in a timely manner so we maintain our communication standards.. Supporting clientele outreach, appointments and company events.
- Shipping & Receiving: Meeting online order fulfillment timelines, processing exchanges and returns in a timely manner. Meeting customer needs, processing repairs, and accepting arriving packages.
- Inventory Organization: Assisting with organizing inventory, conducting cycle counts, and stock takes when needed while maintaining an organized and clean space. Order fulfillment and customer inquiries, and working closely with our factory team to maintain organization and clear communication for our repairs program.

Wage Range: $18.25 and up based on experience plus bonus opportunities and additional perquisites
