Job Title: Account Receivable Specialist
Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/year

The Position:General:
- Month End journal entries in Sage
- Process HST and provincial remittances monthly
- Perform day to day reporting and monthly financials for Eclipse companies
- Process month end reconciliations related to areas of responsibility
Accounts Receivable:
- Issue project-based customer invoices as required
- Issue other invoices as required
- Receive and deposit cheques, and perform cash application in Sage
- Forward invoices to project managers for approval
- File approved invoices
Expenses:
- Maintain the credit card programs for the company
- Issue new Amex cards to employees who have been requested to travel
Insurance Contact:
- Obtain certificates of insurance from our provider to supply to customers and other business partners as required.
Project Execution:
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- Ensure scheduled milestones are met
- Notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met
- Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy
- Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
- Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business
Travel:
- Expectation of travel to Eclipse locations is less than 5% of time, however may be exceeded in exceptional circumstances to meet organizational needs
What We’re Looking For:Education:
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Bookkeeping or relative experience
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in project accounts receivable
- Sage 50 Accounting Software considered an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
