Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- An experienced clinician with a proven history of comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
- A high producer with confidence managing complex treatment plans and advanced procedures
- Comfortable performing advanced restorative dentistry, surgical extractions, molar endodontics, and comprehensive patient care
- A confident communicator who naturally builds trust and long-term relationships with patients
- Energetic, personable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people

The strongest candidates will have experience with surgical extractions, wisdom teeth, molar endodontics, implant dentistry, digital workflows, CEREC, clear aligners, and sedation. A demonstrated history of high clinical production (approximately $6,000–$8,000+ per day), advanced procedural experience, and comprehensive treatment planning will be considered a significant asset.

Compensation
This is a full-time, permanent Associate Dentist position with exceptional earning potential.
Expected annual earnings: $400,000–$500,000+, based on production and clinical scope.
