Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage various front desk operations efficiently.

Duties

Welcome and check-in guests upon arrival, providing them with necessary information about their stay and hotel amenities.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Manage phone systems to answer calls, take reservations, and provide information about hotel services.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
Process check-outs efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction with their stay.
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Assist in managing front desk operations during peak times to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
