Full job description

Summary

The responsibility of the Front Desk Associate is to be the first point of contact for all initial inquiries by the clients and associates needing to be directed to services within the unit.

Now, if you were to come on board as a Front Desk Attendant, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Provide hospitality reception services to the camp residents.
Coordinate with other camp departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure all rooms are clean and well maintained.
Ensure data stored in the system is current with respect to resident information, resident requests, room availability, check in/checkout information, as well as housekeeping/maintenance work orders.
Work at the onsite commissary.
Complete daily and period reporting for management and clients.
Perform other administrative duties and functions as required

Minimum of 2 years' customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced demanding environment
Diploma in hospitality and hotel management is an asset
Exceptional customer service attitude and experience
Proven time-management and organization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Asset:

Previous remote camp work in Food & Support Services

Position Requirements:

Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
Driver's License preferred
Shift: 12hr/Day
Rotation: 14 Days on/14 Days off

The hourly wage for this position is $21.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.
