Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service run smoothly. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and eager to learn more about meal preparation, food safety, and kitchen management.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Support cooking staff by preparing meals according to established recipes and standards.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential.
