Join Our Team as an Office Adminiatrator!

Valiant TMS, a global industry leader, is looking for an Office Administartor to join our Automation and Assembly team.

What you’ll get to do
Be the face of Valiant TMS, serving as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and prospective employees.
Greet and welcome visitors to the facility while ensuring all sign-in and safety procedures are followed.
Manage incoming switchboard calls, emails, and mail distribution.
Maintain and update reports and records.
Coordinate meal orders and other hospitality requests as needed.
Ensure accurate input, processing, and balancing of daily time records for hourly personnel.
Assist with general office administration and support day-to-day front office operations.
What we’re looking for
Experience: 1-2 years working in time adminstration within a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required; post secondary education in Office Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
A positive, professional and welcoming disposition.

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and SAP (would be beneficial).
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
Position Details
Position Type: Contract (Minimum 12-Month Term)
Schedule: Part-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (25 hours per week)
Wage: $21.00 – $22.00 / hour
Location: On-site
Start Date: September 8, 2026
