Apee Panchhi Team operates through RE/MAX Executives Realty in Winnipeg and provides real estate services across residential and commercial markets.
The team’s operations include residential and commercial property transactions, construction and development-related activities, and the management of owned and investment properties, including retail properties.
As the team continues to expand its use of technology, automation, data, and artificial intelligence, we are seeking an Information Systems Analyst to support and improve the systems and processes used across these operations.
About the Role
Apee Panchhi Team is seeking a hands-on Information Systems Analyst to analyze, develop, implement, and improve the information systems, workflows, data processes, and technology used across its real estate operations.
This is a permanent, long-term, full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate will work with team members and other stakeholders to understand operational requirements, improve existing processes, implement technology enabled solutions, automate repetitive work, and support accurate and timely business information.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze existing business processes, information systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, data issues, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from team members, clients, and other stakeholders and translate those requirements into practical system, data, and workflow solutions.
- Design, configure, implement, and support business systems used for lead management, property searches, transaction tracking, task management, client information, and internal operations.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, AI-enabled tools, and system integrations to reduce manual work, improve information flow, and support activities such as property research, lead management, follow-ups, and internal task assignment.
- Create and improve systems for tracking leads, property requirements, listings, transaction milestones, deadlines, possession dates, responsibilities, and other operational information.
- Develop reporting processes, dashboards, and automated reports to support management oversight, monitor workflow status, identify outstanding items, and improve business decision-making.
- Use data, automation, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions to collect, organize, evaluate, and manage information from real estate platforms, websites, CRM systems, and other relevant business sources.
- Work with buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to understand property requirements, maintain ongoing communication, and use internal systems, data, and AI-enabled tools to help identify and evaluate suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Design and maintain automated workflows supporting approved marketing and social-media activities, including content scheduling, task assignment, deadlines, approvals, and distribution across relevant platforms.
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve systems, integrations, automations, data synchronization, user access, and other technology-related processes to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Evaluate new software, AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies and assist with their implementation where they can improve business operations.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, data-management practices, and internal technology standards, and provide training and support to staff using business systems and new technologies.
- Liaise with software vendors, technology providers, and internal stakeholders regarding system requirements, integrations, technical issues, upgrades, and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience with information systems, business systems, CRM platforms, workflow automation, IT support, data analysis, reporting, or related technology.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing, client-facing, or stakeholder-facing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and common business productivity applications.
- Experience with databases, SQL, Power BI, APIs, scripting, automation platforms, CRM systems, or similar technologies is considered an asset.
- Experience with AI-enabled applications, AI agents, workflow automation, or generative AI technologies is considered an asset.
- Experience with tools such as Airtable, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar business workflow platforms is considered an asset.
- Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or another client focused professional environment is considered an asset.
