Hiring WILDFIRE Emergency Response Security Guards – Join Hundal Protection Services Ltd.!

****Please note that these shifts will be up on a 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off rotation. You may have to work 12 hours each day for up to two weeks at a time.*****

Hundal Protection Services Ltd. is seeking Emergency Response Security Guards to join our team. We specialize in securing remote areas, emergency response sites, construction zones, and high-risk locations across NWT. If you're reliable, adaptable, and ready to respond to urgent security needs, we want to hear from you!

****Please note that these shifts will be up on a 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off rotation. You may have to work 12 hours each day for up to two weeks at a time.*****

Position: Emergency Response Security Guard

Locations: NWT - Across Province - as required
Job Type: On-Call / Casual / Contract
Competitive Pay + Travel & Accommodation (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

Rapid deployment to emergency security assignments (wildfire response, evacuations, disasters, etc.)
Patrolling and securing equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure in remote locations
Monitoring access control points and maintaining situational awareness
Assisting emergency services by maintaining order and preventing unauthorized entry
Completing detailed shift reports with incident documentation

****Please note that these shifts will be up on a 2 weeks on and then 2 weeks off rotation. You may have to work 12 hours each day for up to two weeks at a time.*****

Requirements:

Valid Security Guard License Equivalent
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (4x4 preferred)
First Aid & CPR Certification

Clean Background Check and Driver's Abstract

Ability to work in remote and high-risk environments
Physically fit and able to work long shifts outdoors
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
