About the Role
Markage is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our fully remote Canadian team.
This is an entry-to-junior-level role for someone who is organized, dependable, curious, and comfortable working across many small but important tasks. You will help keep marketing and client projects moving by gathering information, preparing materials, organizing files, coordinating content, completing research, and supporting day-to-day production work.
This is not a graphic design position. The role is focused on marketing support, coordination, preparation, and execution. You may complete simple creative tasks, such as formatting content, updating basic graphics, or preparing materials in Canva, but more complex design work will be handled by our design team.
You will work with marketing coordinators, designers, content specialists, project leads, and managers. Training, guidance, and feedback will be provided, but you will also be expected to take responsibility for assigned tasks, ask clear questions, and follow work through to completion.
AI tools are part of our regular working process. You will use them to assist with research, drafting, organization, summarization, and routine production tasks while reviewing all outputs for accuracy and relevance.
We welcome recent graduates, career changers, returning professionals, and applicants whose experience may not follow a traditional path. What matters is your ability to demonstrate that you can learn, communicate, stay organized, and contribute reliably.
