What You’ll Do:

Own the phone! Handle a high volume of warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, turning potential into reality.
Be the expert: You’ll master our life insurance products, turning complex information into simple, tailored solutions for clients.
Build lasting relationships: Connect with clients, understand their needs, and be their go-to for life insurance advice.
Hit your targets, crush your goals: You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where success is celebrated, and exceeding targets is part of the job.
Stay compliant: Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to ensure that every call meets the highest standards of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

Must be willing to obtain an LLQP license (with fully paid training and support).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
No life insurance sales experience required!
Proven experience Customer service or sales will set you up for success
