This is your opportunity to start your career in the insurance industry.

We’re seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a recently licenses level 1 Autoplan Broker

No Experience? No Problem! Bring us your customer service and general office skills and we can handle the rest.

Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills to analyze client needs, provide expert advice, and manage a wide range of Auto and personal insurance products including: ICBC Autoplan, Private Auto, Travel, with oppertunities to advance into other Personal lines Products.

Responsibilities

Quote, issue, and renew various policies while managing a portfolio of clients, starting with ICBC Autoplam
Assist clients with ICBC and personal insurance transactions and inquiries
Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve service quality.
Negotiate terms with underwriters and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Asisist with day to day office administration
