Full job description

What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in bartenders who have a great personality, build genuine relationships with guests, and know how to create an enjoyable experience. If you have an established customer following or can attract new guests through excellent service and networking, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each guest's visit.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of serving, bartending, or customer service experience is preferred.
Serving It Safe certification is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
