Experienced Field Service Technicians – Montreal
Looking to get off the production floor and work on large-scale electrical infrastructure projects?
We're adding experienced Field Service Technicians to support commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LV/MV switchgear across data centers and industrial facilities throughout Canada and the U.S.

We're particularly interested in technicians who have experience with:
- Switchgear
- Circuit breakers and protection systems
- Electrical commissioning
- Field service or industrial maintenance
- Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Ideal background:
- Electrical Technology diploma or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of field, industrial, manufacturing, utility, or data center experience
- Comfortable working independently and interacting with customers onsite

- DEC en technologie électrique ou expérience équivalente
- 5 ans ou plus d'expérience pertinente
- Autonomie, débrouillardise et excellent service à la clientèle
- Disponibilité pour voyager régulièrement

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
