Nous recherchons un mécanicien en réfrigération de transport exceptionnel pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance.

RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE :

Diagnostic, dépannage et réparation des composants des unités de réfrigération des camions et des remorques.
Maintenance des systèmes de réfrigération de transport sur les camions et les remorques en effectuant des diagnostics à l’aide de scanners, d’équipements de test électroniques et d'ordinateurs embarqués, en effectuant la maintenance préventive, le remplacement des composants et le service des équipements de réfrigération.
Examiner les ordres d'atelier, écouter les plaintes des opérateurs, réparer les pannes, enlever, remplacer et tester les fuites de Freon. Assembler, installer et réparer les pièces et composants en utilisant le soudage, le brasage et les équipements de réfrigération.
Récupération et élimination des réfrigérants dans le cadre du service standard.
Effectuer des tâches de maintenance préventive (MP) sur les systèmes de réfrigération Thermo King et Carrier, en veillant à ce que tous les systèmes fonctionnent efficacement et respectent les normes de sécurité.
Travailler avec les systèmes de contrôle de température pour garantir des performances optimales pendant le transport.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Solide expérience ou formation en mécanique, HVAC ou réfrigérant requise.
2-3 ans d'expérience en réfrigération de transport et en maintenance sont préférés.
Expérience en réparation de réfrigération mobile et en diagnostic des systèmes de réfrigération.
Outils de base avec espace de rangement.
Permis de conduire valide.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre des problèmes techniques dans le domaine du transport réfrigéré.
De préférence bilingue (Français et Anglais) Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous pourriez être amené(e) à servir des clients, ou lire / à parler en anglais à l’occasion (environ 25 % du temps).

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of components on truck and trailer refrigeration units.
Maintaining transport refrigeration systems on trucks and trailers by performing diagnostics using scanners, electronic test equipment, and on-board computers, completing preventive maintenance, component replacement, and servicing refrigeration equipment.
Review shop orders, listening to operator complaints, repairing failures, removing, replacing, and testing for Freon leaks. Assembling, installing, and repairing parts and components involving soldering, welding, and using refrigeration equipment.
Refrigerant recovery and disposal as part of standard service.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration systems, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and up to safety standards.
Work with temperature control systems to ensure optimal performance during transport.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong Mechanical or HVAC or Refrigerant background and/or experience required.
2-3 years of experience in transport refrigeration and maintenance is preferred.
Experience with mobile refrigeration repair and refrigeration system diagnostics.
Basic tools with storage.
Valid driver’s license .
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues in refrigerated transportation.
Preferably bilingual (French and English). In this role, you may be required to serve clients or occasionally read and speak in English (approximately 25% of the time).
