Urbaneye Restorations has been fixing and protecting Vancouver's buildings for nearly 20 years: caulking, painting, deck membranes, concrete repairs, leak investigations, and inspections. Our field crews do excellent work, often while hanging off the side of a highrise. Our mission is to become the fastest improving restoration team in the city, always getting better together, and to have a good time doing it.

After nearly two decades of getting really good at field operations, we are investing properly in our office. That is where you come in.

Here's the job

Two things sit at the heart of this role:

The numbers. Preparing estimates for new projects, putting together our progress invoices and billing packages, and tracking how each job is doing against its budget. Some of this takes real judgment. We will happily teach you the parts you do not already know.
The systems. Taming the chaos. Better templates, written-down processes, owning our project software, and steadily making the whole place more organized and less dependent on anyone's memory (especially the owner's).

As you find your feet, you will take more and more off the owner's plate. There is a lot of room to grow here, and a clear path to grow your pay along with it.

You do not need to tick every box. But people who will love this kind of role tend to be:

Precise. You spot the typo, the number that does not add up, the thing that is slightly off.
Organized by nature. You already keep your own lists and systems, because that is just how your brain works.
Happy on your own. You like focused, heads-down stretches where real things get done.
A careful writer who is comfortable with numbers. No accounting degree required; spreadsheets just do not scare you.
Reliable. When you say you will do something, it gets done, without anyone chasing you.
Always a bit curious. You like getting better at things, and you take pride in your work.

Experience in construction, bookkeeping, coordination, or admin is a real bonus. But honestly? We care more about how you are wired than your exact resume. Precise, reliable, and quietly delighted by order: that is the person we are looking for.

The honest bit

Honesty is one of our core values, so here is the straight version:

This is an early-stage office role in a growing company. Some of our systems do not exist yet. You will help build them. If you want everything already figured out, this is not your role. If that sounds like a fun puzzle, it absolutely is.
Early on, you will wear a few hats, including some admin that will move to a future hire as we grow. We will always be upfront about what is core and what is temporary.
The billing work takes real focus and judgment. It is satisfying, but it is not autopilot.
