Full job description

Reinhold Industries Limited is looking for a motivated Night Shift Sand Blaster to join our growing team. We're seeking reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a hands-on environment and are wanting to build a long-term career. If you're driven, eager to learn, and committed to quality and safety, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Edmonton

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Night Shift 3:30pm to 1:30am (Monday to Thursday)

When: Immediately

Role Responsibilities

Operate sandblasting and surface preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Apply coatings evenly on parts as per required Work Order specifications using Reinhold Industries Limited’s patented coating systems.
Consistently meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
Mask or protect areas that should not be blasted.
Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of blasting equipment.
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
Comply with all Reinhold Industries Limited safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Role Requirements

3+ years experience applying spray coating in a manufacturing setting is an asset.
Must be able to use and operate blast cabinets and blast room equipment.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up and handle material weighing up to 50lbs.
Ability to prioritize workload and have excellent time management skills.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
Ability to read and interpret drawings is an asset.
