Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead & Labourers

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team for lawn maintenance. If you have a passion for outdoor work and maintaining beautiful landscapes, we want to hear from you!

Position:

We are hiring both a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead and Lawn Maintenance Labourers for part-time and full time positions, with the potential all year long and a salary in the winter season.

Job Type:

Part-time to full-time, minimum 30 hours per week
Potential for full-time and salary during the winter season

Wages:

$20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Lead and work alongside crews to maintain lawns and landscapes. Must have experience with ride on mowers for crew leads
Perform lawn maintenance , fall cleanups, spring cleanups, weed control, mulching, pruning, and other landscaping tasks
Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools
Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Qualifications:

Prior experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is mandatory.
Crew Lead must have experience supervising teams, leading projects, and have the ability to use all equipment necessary to perform tasks
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication skills and reliability
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. Experience using trimmers, ride on mowers, aerators, power rakes, skid steers, snowrators etc are all an asset.
