Introduction

Overview

Qualitech Inspection Ltd. is an established inspection company providing services to our oil and gas clients from our office in North Calgary.

Join our dynamic Qualitech team as an Office Administrator and be at the forefront of inspection projects from inception to completion! This full time office role in North Calgary involves administration duties such as taking calls from vendors, clients and inspectors, equipment expediting, scheduling, and creating/editing shop inspection reports for numerous field inspectors.

Duties

Collaborate with project inspectors to ensure accurate, quality, inspection reports are created for clients.
Office administration duties including calls with vendors, clients, and inspectors.
Review, file and organize purchase orders, quotes and technical drawings to support accurate inspection planning and execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure timely delivery of equipment, inspection, and services.
Track project progress, update schedules, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

Experience in office administration.
Familiarity with oil and gas facility equipment would be an asset.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately would be an asset.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate among diverse teams including contractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
Diploma in Administration, Business, or Marketing may be an asset.
Ability to work as a contractor with your own incorporated company would be an asset.
