Administrative Coordinator / Accounting AssistantThe Opportunity

Canadian Camper is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator / Accounting Assistant to help keep our dealership running efficiently.

This is not a basic reception position.

We’re looking for someone with a strong administrative and accounting background who is comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, inventory systems, paperwork, and multiple priorities at once.

You’ll work across several areas of the dealership, supporting accounting, sales, inventory, marketing, and general administration. The right person will be detail-oriented, highly organized, confident with Excel and Google Sheets, and capable of taking ownership of tasks without constant follow-up.

If you’re the person who notices when something is missing, builds a better spreadsheet instead of working around a bad process, and keeps things organized before they become problems, we should talk.

What You’ll Be DoingAccounting & Administration

Track expenses and assist with day-to-day accounting administration
Process invoices and organize supporting financial documentation
Assist with accounts payable and general bookkeeping-related tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly filed
Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and financial spreadsheets
Prepare and maintain reports for management
Manage dealership paperwork and administrative workflows
Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordination

Inventory & Dealership Operations

Assist with updating and managing sales units in our dealership management system (DMS)
Ensure RV inventory information remains accurate and current
Maintain organized vehicle and unit files
Assist with sales-related updates, documentation, and administrative requirements
Support dealership operations wherever administrative coordination is required

Inventory Photos & Online Listings

Capture and upload high-quality photos of RV inventory using Impel
Ensure units are presented accurately and professionally online
Review listings for missing or incorrect information
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure new inventory is photographed and published promptly
Assist with basic marketing materials and inventory-related content

Customer & Office Support

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Assist customers, vendors, and staff with general inquiries
Maintain an organized and professional office environment
Help ensure daily administrative workflow remains efficient

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a strong combination of accounting knowledge, organization, technology skills, and attention to detail.

You should have:

Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong Google Sheets skills
Experience working with formulas, spreadsheets, reports, and data organization
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
Professional telephone and customer service skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Technology You’ll Use

Previous RV, automotive, dealership, or equipment industry experience is an asset, but not required.
