Optical Dispenser / Licensed Optician – Red Deer

Are you a skilled Optical Dispenser or Optician who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment? Our Red Deer team is looking for a dedicated professional to help us provide the highest level of quality eye care and eyewear. We pride ourselves on our friendly, professional atmosphere and our commitment to specialized optometric services.

The Role
This is a Full-Time position requiring a blend of technical expertise and exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for:

Guiding patients through frame and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and prescriptions.
Performing precise adjustments and technical repairs.
Assisting with clinical office duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Contributing to a high-energy, "patient-first" team environment.

What You Bring

Proven Optical Experience (Required): You have a strong background in dispensing; please note this is not an entry-level administrative role.
Clinical Proficiency: Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced clinic setting.
Communication: Fluency in English (reading and writing) with top-tier customer service skills.
Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn about new specialized services and lens technologies.
Flexibility: Availability to work some evenings and weekends and the possibility of working between our two Red Deer clinics.
