Qualifications and Experience

At STRONG, Instructors are the lifeblood of our business. The success of a studio

depends on having an exceptional team of instructors who bring energy,

expertise, and a commitment to excellence. While we value diversity in skills and

backgrounds, all STRONG instructors are expected to meet the following

qualifications:

● Minimum qualifications in Pilates/Dance/Group Fitness (higher qualifications are

desirable)

● Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification

● Insurance (if working as a subcontractor)

● 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience

● A passion for fitness, Pilates, and motivating others to reach their goals

● Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality

STRONG Academy

WE PAY FOR YOU TO GET UP-SKILLED!!

Our Strong Instructors participate in a 7-day training program, community

classes, and assessments, in order to master the STRONG Pilates Method. During

the Academy, you'll learn about STRONG cueing, how to coach Rowing, Riding,

Pilates, and Strength & Conditioning. Use of STRONG tech including microphones,

lights, TV, and clicker. STRONG brand awareness and more.

The Academy requires 1-2 hours of online work, plus 7 days of in-studio training.

We will be having this in first week of October. Attendance for all 7 days is required in order to successfully complete the training.
