Responsibilities

Assist in managing and directing activities in regards to department staff including coaching, training and disciplining
Ensures and undertakes proper ordering, shelf stocking, building of displays, pricing, product rotation and inventory control
Ensures department is ready for business at all times
implements and ensures adherence to Customer Service Policy
Ensures adherence to Company Policies and procedures and government regulations concerning health & safety, sanitation, security, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
May be required to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis

Requirements

College graduate or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Minimum 2 years' directly related cutting experience with extensive product knowledge. government regulations, ordering, merchandising, inventory taking and gross profit analysis
Customer service driven and highly organized
Proven leadership abilities with strong communication skills
Capable of standing for a prolonged period of 4-8 hours; of bending, twisting and turning and reaching; and of lifting up to 55 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour
