Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
Upsell retail products and styling services to enhance the client experience and boost sales.
Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use to uphold sanitation standards.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering personalized service that encourages repeat visits.

Requirements

Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures for tools, equipment, and workspace maintenance.
Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships.
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, front desk duties, and retail sales.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
Valid barber or cosmetology license as required by local regulations.
