Become a Quick Lube Advisor at Georgian GM!

We offer a high-performance work environment where you will be given industry leading knowledge and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally. Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all customers visiting the quick lube service.
Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection during routine oil changes and maintenance services, offering additional services or repairs as needed. Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended services.
Schedule and manage appointments for quick lube services. Ensure that services are completed within the expected time frames.
Create and manage service orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of services. Communicate any changes in services or timelines to customers.
Ensure all required parts are available for quick lube services and assist with ordering parts if necessary.
Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding service, maintaining a positive attitude, and addressing any customer concerns promptly.
Work closely with the service team, technicians, and management to improve workflow and provide efficient, high-quality services.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

A suitable candidate will have:

1 Year of customer service experience.
G Driver’s License is required.

This is a full-time position.
