About Us: Peryle Keye is a dynamic real estate company in Muskoka known for excellence in the industry. Our Staging Studio is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our staging department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, even if you don't have prior staging or styling experience! (Bonus, if you do!)

- Staging properties in preparation for sale, ensuring a flawless presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to execute staging plans.
- Handle administrative tasks related to staging projects.
- Interact with clients and manage property access for photographers, videographers, and showings.
- Adapt to various roles and tasks as needed to support the staging department.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Inventory Management: Maintaining and organizing inventory both physically and digitally with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organization & Presentation: Keeping inventory spaces, storage areas, and the inventory system clean, structured, and easy to navigate at all times.
- Packing & Preparation: Carefully packing, unpacking, staging, and preparing inventory lists for installations and removals.
- Purchasing & Restocking: Assisting with sourcing, tracking and tagging incoming items, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure supplies and décor pieces remain well-stocked and accounted for.
- Detail Tracking: Keeping accurate records of inventory movement, item locations, quantities, damages, missing pieces, and project usage.
- System Management: Updating inventory software, spreadsheets, or tracking systems consistently and thoroughly to ensure information remains current and reliable.
- Care & Maintenance: Ensuring inventory items are handled with care, maintained properly, and returned to their appropriate location after use.
- Day to Day Support: Assisting with loading/unloading vehicles, moving inventory, organizing supplies, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the staging/design department.
- Workspace Standards: Taking pride in maintaining a professional and efficient workspace that reflects the standards of the company.
Requirements:
- Must have a G2 or G driver's license.
- Personal transportation is required.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
- Flexibility beyond the 9-5 is required to accommodate staging timelines and client needs.
- Ideally reside in Muskoka, ON, or close proximity
