Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in office software. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff alike.

Duties

Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication.
Assist with customer service inquiries, providing information and support to clients.
Utilize Google Suite and other software for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support the medical office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and other office software.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
