Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with developmental and behavioral challenges. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices within a supportive clinical environment.

Duties

Design and supervise behavior intervention programs tailored to each child's needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and ethical standards.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide guidance and support for implementing interventions across settings.
Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff on program implementation and data collection procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans using electronic medical records systems.
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards related to behavior analysis.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field.

Qualifications

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings, especially those with developmental or behavioral needs.
Knowledge of special education principles and patient care strategies.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
Proficiency in managing electronic medical records systems for documentation purposes.
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform treatment decisions.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to improving client outcomes through evidence-based interventions.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
