Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Your culinary knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tables with efficiency will help create memorable moments for our guests. Whether you’re passionate about food presentation, sales, or hospitality, this position offers a lively environment where your enthusiasm can shine.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations, while maintaining proper cash handling procedures

Requirements

Prior restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations
Familiarity with POS systems Toast POS is highly preferred
Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to upsell menu items confidently using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms
Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor and team-oriented attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
