Full job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer service–oriented Residential Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the management office while providing exceptional service to residents and administrative support to the Property Managers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism. Previous property management experience is an asset; however, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No medical or health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Property Managers.
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and written inquiries.
Prepare building notices, correspondence, and other documentation.
Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs.
Maintain accurate tenant files, databases, parking assignments, locker rentals, and other property records.
Perform data entry and general office administration.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), AODA, Human Rights legislation, and company policies.
Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous administrative experience, preferably in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA).
Understanding of AODA requirements and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Basic understanding of residential building maintenance and repairs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

Salary: $42,000 per year
On-site parking provided
