At DGN we specialize in creating high-quality printed apparel and promotional products. Our team is passionate about delivering top-notch prints that leave a lasting impression. We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and creative Screen Printer to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Screen Printer you will be responsible for producing vibrant, detailed, and accurate screen prints on a variety of materials, including textiles, apparel, and other promotional products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality output while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate screen printing presses (Both automatic and Manual )
Prepare screens, ink, and other materials for production
Ensure prints are of high quality, meeting customer specifications
Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist with inventory management and material ordering as needed
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous experience in screen printing is a must
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to [40 lbs] pounds
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Knowledge of screen-printing techniques, materials, and equipment mandatory
