The Village of Humber Heights located in Etobicoke , Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Full time Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement to join their team.

Status: Temporary Full-Time
Location: 2245 Lawrence Avenue West, Etobicoke, M9P 3W3

The hiring range for this role is: $ 59,740 to $ 66,000

As our new Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement you will:

Provide oversight and support leadership for the clinical services of Retirement.
Lead assigned clinical programs including tracking and analyzing trends, leading education, and managing quality improvement of the program.
Act as the Wellness Coordinator in his or her absence which includes directing all aspects of the nursing and clinical department.
Be in good standings with the CNO and hold a valid RPN license.
Have specific Neighbourhood oversight and/or clear expectations which include HCA, Service Plans, Move In, Re-Admission assessments, clinical follow up and support for assigned Neighbourhood team(s).
Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support.

It would be an asset if you have:

Geriatric nursing experience.
Nursing leadership experience.
