About the Role:
At BlueRiver Business Solutions, we believe great operations are the foundation of a successful organization. We provide professional business support and operational solutions to growing organizations across Manitoba. We are looking for an Operations Manager who can coordinate day to day business activities, improve internal processes, and help teams work more efficiently. This is a hands on mid level management role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, coordinating people and resources, and turning business priorities into practical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Coordinate day to day business activities and ensure operational priorities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Process Improvement: Review existing workflows and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Team Coordination: Coordinate administrative and operational staff, distribute workloads, monitor progress, and provide day to day guidance.

Resource Management: Help coordinate schedules, supplies, vendors, facilities, and other resources required for smooth business operations.

Reporting: Prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators, and communicate important updates to management.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams, clients, and external service providers to resolve operational issues and maintain strong working relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in operations, business administration, office management, or a related field, including at least 1 year of experience coordinating or supervising employees.

Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, prioritize workloads, and provide practical guidance in a busy business environment.

Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, clients, vendors, and management.

Problem Solving: A practical, solutions focused approach to identifying operational challenges and improving business processes.

Pay: $5,685.00-$6,744.00 per month
