Job Summary
Are you ready to lead from the front and make an impact every day? Clintar is seeking a motivated Landscape Crew Lead to oversee landscape maintenance operations across our commercial properties. This role combines hands-on landscape work with team leadership, offering the chance to build beautiful outdoor spaces, mentor crew members, and grow your career with one of Canada's leading outdoor service providers. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians, laborers, and seasonal workers.
Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.
Adhere to company policies and engage with customers courteously by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Support foreman in construction, and equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols.
Manage daily tuck loading/unloading.
Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
Aid in landscaping by moving soil, mulch, and plants.
Operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and snow blowers.
Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in good working condition.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Clean & valid G drivers license
Minimum one year experience in landscape/construction
Skilled in supervising 2-3 individuals, multitasking, and truck/trailer operation
Skilled in equipment use, communication, and time management
Familiar with industry materials and methods
Capable of independent work and team collaboration
Proficient with hand and power tools, and small engine equipment
Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently
Experience near heavy machinery and outdoor conditions
Flexibility for varied hours including weekends
Experience in snow removal preferred
Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
Strong communication and organizational skills
