Full job description

Join a locally owned independent pharmacy where patient care comes first. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and clinically focused Pharmacist to become part of our growing team in Delta, BC. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients, working in a collaborative environment, and practicing pharmacy beyond simply filling prescriptions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Review and accurately dispense prescription medications.
Provide exceptional patient counseling and medication management.
Conduct medication reviews and support chronic disease management when appropriate or required.
Administer injections and vaccinations.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Recommend over-the-counter products and wellness solutions.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants while fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacists of British Columbia standards and pharmacy policies.
Help maintain efficient pharmacy operations, inventory, and quality assurance programs.

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
Injection certification and authorization to administer injections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Passion for providing outstanding customer service and personalized patient care.
Previous community pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
Fluent in Punjabi
