As part of our growth, we are seeking a Project Coordinator who is eager to contribute to large-scale projects while growing within a team recognized for its expertise and people-centered approach.
Your Mission
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating project initiation activities with internal and external teams.

Planning, organizing, and coordinating project execution activities involving specialized resources and external partners.

Producing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules.

Managing the opening, tracking, and closure of service requests.

Following up with consultants assigned to client engagements.

Maintaining project tracking indicators (remaining budget, completion percentage, end date, etc.) in the management system.

Preparing periodic progress reports for clients and participating in project steering committees as required.

Planning project reviews, audits, and approvals to ensure the quality of deliverables and services.

Managing client communications to ensure satisfaction throughout the contract (regular follow-up calls, satisfaction surveys).

Reporting regularly to the Project Management Office (PMO) lead on project status.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and templates.

Working closely with internal practice directors to ensure the availability of technical resources.

Documenting and organizing project information in a traceable and verified manner.

Ensuring each team has the necessary tools to meet project milestones.

Initiating change requests when required.

Identifying client opportunities and following up with the sales team as needed.

Managing project-related monthly billing follow-ups.

Closing projects in accordance with internal quality processes.

Participating in pre-sales activities when required.

Coordinating assignments for the cybersecurity team.

Maintaining active certifications and training requirements, including those required (or their equivalent if changed) at the time of hire.

Responsibilities may evolve according to business needs.

Presence at ESI offices (or one of its subsidiaries) and at client sites may be required.
Profile We Are Looking For

Experience in a similar role, ideally within the information technology sector.

Alternatively, relevant experience in inside sales or administration.

Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.

Proficiency with business tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (some clients and suppliers are English-speaking).

Ability to write and present information clearly, effectively, and persuasively.

Experience coordinating sales-related projects, including RFPs and bid submissions.

Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous process improvement.
