Your Responsibilities
- You’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers and dealer partners regarding finance and leasing inquiries
- In this role, you’ll respond to inquiries via phone and email while delivering consistent, high-quality service
- You’ll provide accurate information and tailored solutions aligned with established procedures
- You’ll perform follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
- You’ll maintain professionalism and strong telephone etiquette during high-volume interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or high-volume environment
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- College diploma required, university degree considered an asset
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is an asset
- Ability to manage rotational shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
