We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator-to join our team in the Burlington area. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-voltage or medium- voltage electrical industry, power distribution, or electrical technology is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technicians, equipment, materials, and customer requirements
Assist with the planning and scheduling of service calls and projects
Communicate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal team members
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Enter and maintain accurate job, customer, and project information
Track job progress and follow up on outstanding requirements
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination
Prepare and organize work orders, documentation, and job records
Coordinate equipment and material requirements for field work
Help ensure technicians have the information and resources required to complete their work
Support the team in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
Perform other administrative and project coordination duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of project management or project coordination experience
Minimum 1 year of electrical engineering or related electrical industry experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with computers, data entry, email, and office software
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude

Considered an Asset

Electrical technician or electrical engineering background
Experience with high-voltage or medium-voltage systems
Knowledge of power distribution
Experience coordinating field technicians and electrical equipment
Previous experience in electrical contracting or industrial electrical services

Compensation: $25 per hour

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
