We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious DZ Boom Truck Driverto join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering drywall and building materials to jobsites and operating a boom/crane in a construction environment.

This role is responsible for safely delivering and unloading materials throughout the GTA while providing professional service to customers and working effectively with co-workers and other tradespeople on-site.

Duties

Safely operate the boom trucks to deliver drywall and building materials to jobsites throughout the GTA.
Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
Perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving drywall and other building materials as required.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, performing routine inspections and reporting any issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and other tradespeople on-site.
Follow company policies and procedures, MTO and other applicable regulations
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Valid DZ driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
Valid 0–8 ton crane certification.
Experience operating a boom/crane for drywall or building-material deliveries.
Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
Physically fit and able to safely lift and move building materials.
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures.
Good listening, communication, and customer service skills.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work overtime as required.
Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.
