Location: Burlington, ON/Brantford ON

Jones Signs is growing and looking for a skilled Sign Painter who knows how to produce clean, consistent, professional work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping and painting channel letters, cabinets, and custom signage
Working with automotive-grade paints, primers, and finishes
Sanding, masking, and surface prep done properly (not rushed)
Matching colors and maintaining consistent, high-quality finishes
Working with the fabrication team to deliver a clean final product

Who We’re Looking For:

2–3+ years painting experience (sign industry preferred)
Strong prep skills — you know paint is only as good as the prep
Experience with spray equipment and finishing techniques
Attention to detail — no runs, no shortcuts
Someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the result
