In this position you will use your engineering skills to assist in the daily operations of the sales team for multiple industries interacting with a worldwide customer base.
This role is a fantastic introduction to the broadcast industry, offering early-career professionals and recent graduates the opportunity to build technical skills, expand their knowledge, and gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities:

Assisting customers and/or Evertz outside sales team with system design and equipment, while maintaining a strong and professional relationship with all customers.

Determine customer needs and provide the most cost effective and innovative solution and pricing, with accompanying system drawing.

Interact with Evertz R&D Teams to determine the best possible solution(s)to fully satisfy customer expectations and requirements.

Attend Product Training to further develop skills and knowledge, and to keep yourself up to date on technical advances and changes within the broadcast industry.

Work with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and ensure all customers’ needs and wants are addressed

Be proactive and accountable for deadlines and job requirements to ensure projects are executed on time and professionally.
