Job Summary
The Digital Experience Specialist will analyze and manage all website projects under IPEX Group of Companies for its Marketing Department. An ideal candidate would have CMS experience in troubleshooting, HTML code, and strong visual communication skills. This candidate should be able to project manage, multi-task oriented, a creative-thinker, and problem-solver. This role will be responsible for managing web related projects such as new website builds, creating and updating pages, working with our agency vendors, preparing reports, quality assurance of our websites, and other web planning duties. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organization skills, an excellent eye for detail, and analysing website data, collecting and sharing recommendations
Principle Responsibilities
- Actively lead and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into our websites and overall strategy (e.g., audiences to target, content creation, landing pages, and strategic CTA (call to action) placement)
- Responsible for the project management, implementation, and completion of website marketing projects, building work breakdown structure and timelines with tools such as Monday.com/MS Project
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and overall status of all websites
- Perform daily site audits and QA to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience while maintaining AODA compliance, leveraging our accessibility testing tools
- Support our social media efforts (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Blogs) with web page recommendations for higher form conversion
- Recommend the creation & execution of web marketing strategies that deliver qualified leads (e.g., LinkedIn lead gen forms) Plan and project manage all digital campaigns with digital and marketing key stakeholders
- Delegate web projects and tasks to our external vendors to ensure website best practices in Search Engine Optimization and Conversions
- Analysing reports and data to consolidate recommendations
- Design page layouts and different types of content to increase visitors and decrease bounce rates
- Ensure projects and work are completed in a timely manner with high level of quality
- Train and supervise digital marketing coordinator with web administrative duties
- Conduct web program launches and various web marketing initiatives (e.g., Website marketing calendar, file naming conventions strategy)
- Supply and design the presentation of quarterly website analytics
- Design website analytics dashboards for all websites by segment, and evaluate web data from CRM
- Manage cloud hosting platform to ensure up to date SSL’s, RAM/CPU storage bandwidth, to prevent potential website downtime, and use of staging environment
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and cross-training opportunities
- Must be able to manage multiple brands and segments simultaneously
- Plan with in-house graphic designers to generate and publish content (text, images, video) for the IPEX website and web marketing campaigns
- Plan and oversee the implementation of cyber security protocols on all IPEX Group of Companies websites with IT and external vendor team members
- Collaborate and provide recommendations to Marketing, Communications, Legal, HR, and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all websites
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in web marketing, digital strategy, website management, SEO, analytics, and marketing
- technology platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Looker Studio, CRM, and marketing
- automation tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience administering WordPress or a comparable enterprise CMS
- Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility, and conversion rate optimization
- Strong website project management, vendor management, and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to read and edit HTML and CSS is required. Basic JavaScript knowledge is a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on page SEO, GEO, and AI search optimization
The compensation for this position is between $ 81,300.00 and $101,600.00 CAN annually, based on experience and qualifications.
