Full job description

Kirby Waste Transfer Solutions (an affiliate of Public Disposal and Recycling) is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join the growing team!

Responsibilities:

Learn about the service offerings and business
Work with business relations team to identify opportunities
Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, emails, and in person
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making client proposals, and developing strong client relationship
Work with internal team to develop new processes and improve business efficiency

Qualifications:

Post secondary education preferably in business or commerce
1-2 years experience exercising sales skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Quick learner and able to work independently
Proactive, goal-oriented, and a team player

Details:

Permanent full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 plus commission and car allowance
