Full job description

Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk and become a vital part of our supply chain and warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, streamline materials management, and support procurement processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Your expertise in data analysis, demand planning, and warehouse distribution will drive efficiency and optimize our inventory systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in analytics, process improvement, and supply chain management will shine.

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Verify inventory quantities against system records and identify discrepancies.
Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, and storing materials.
Enter and update inventory information accurately in the ERP/inventory system.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with inventory reconciliation and adjustments as directed.
Maintain organized and accurate inventory documentation.
Locate and identify materials as required by production and other departments.
Follow established procedures for material handling and inventory control.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Perform other inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/ERP systems.
Ability to perform physical inventory counts.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Forklift experience/certification is an asset.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
Ability to perform repetitive counting, scanning, and data-entry tasks.
Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

$19-$20/hour

7:00 – 3:30 Mon – Fri (with OT)
