Your role in our team: With WITRON’s comprehensive 2 year, fully paid Management Trainee Program, you will learn and practice the critical skills needed to be placed in a front-line leadership position within one of our Site teams.
As a condition of employment, you must be able to work within the Greater Montréal Area for those applying in the Montréal area or be able to work within the Greater Toronto Area for those applying in the Toronto area.
Ideal Candidate Profile: A motivated and adaptable professional with approximately two years of supervisory or management experience in a relevant environment, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and support operational goals. They possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Candidates should be flexible and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs. This role is suited for individuals who show initiative, accountability, and a strong desire to develop into future management roles through hands-on experience and exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree or diploma a requirement.

Technical Trade education or certification considered an asset;

Must have valid passport and supporting documentation (if required) to travel cross border without restrictions national and international;Must have a valid driver’s license;Bilingual (French and Intermediate English) a requirement for applicants in the Montréal area;Bilingual (English & French) is an asset for applicants in the Toronto area;

Must maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including the ability to work outside regular Monday–Friday hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Skills/Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop leadership and technical skills to lead employees in the management of WIOSS sites across Canada.

Provide operational support by assisting with day-to-day activities across departments, ensuring efficiency and continuity of operations.

Contribute to project planning and execution, supporting strategic initiatives and continuous operational improvements.

Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and recommend actionable improvements.

Collaborate closely with managers and team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions and company culture.

Prepare and deliver reports that summarize insights, project updates, and recommendations to enhance performance and efficiency.

Support customer relations by addressing client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering positive, long-term relationships that contribute to WITRON’s success.
