Sales Consultant – Custom Closet & Home Organization Solutions
STOR-X® is a proudly Canadian-owned and operated home organization company that has been transforming homes for over 30 years. We help homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces that reduce clutter, decrease stress, and improve everyday living. Work directly with clients through pre-booked showroom and in-home consultations, guiding them from initial design through project completion.

We are looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Calgary showroom team. If you love sales, enjoy helping people, and have experience in home organization, custom closet design, interior design, renovation sales, or a related field, this could be the perfect opportunity to combine your creativity with your passion for building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments.
Listen to clients' needs and develop customized storage solutions.
Measure spaces accurately and prepare detailed designs.
Create professional design presentations and quotations.
Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.
Collaborate closely with installers and production teams to ensure successful execution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Participate in networking events and community outreach opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

Proven success in sales.
Experience in custom closet design, home organization, or related industries.
Understanding of closet installation processes, materials, and space-planning principles.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and provide solutions.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong measuring and space-planning skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and follow-ups.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Professional, positive, and results-driven attitude.
Interior design education or related experience is an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for in-home consultations
