Why Join Cantiro?
Most marketers join established organizations. This role offers the opportunity to help grow Cantiro's presence in one of Canada's most competitive housing markets while gaining the kind of project ownership and career breadth that is often difficult to find in larger, more established organizations.
At Cantiro, our Marketing team supports one of the most diverse real estate portfolios in Western Canada, including communities, homes, multifamily, rental, commercial and investment opportunities through Cantiro Capital across Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.
This Calgary-based role offers a rare opportunity to help shape Cantiro's growth in a market where additional projects and continued expansion are actively being pursued. You will work closely with Calgary project teams while staying connected to an experienced Edmonton-based Marketing team that is comfortable working virtually and collaboratively across locations. This role is expected to evolve alongside Cantiro's Calgary growth, creating opportunities for expanded responsibility, broader project ownership and future leadership development.
Cantiro is also investing in areas that are redefining the industry, including AI-enabled marketing and business practices and steel frame housing innovation. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will gain experience with projects and technologies that extend beyond traditional real estate marketing.
Cantiro is a Great Place to Work® Certified organization and has been recognized multiple times as a Builder of the Year, Industry Leader and Developer of award-winning communities and homes.
If you are looking for a role where you can take ownership, broaden your experience and help build a growing market, this could be a strong next step in your career.
